Kynar 500® is a special grade of PVDF resin used by licensed industrial paint manufacturers as the base resin for long-life coatings on aluminum, galvanized steel, and aluminized steel. Applications include metal roofing and siding, rain gutters and many other building components. Metal thickness is a heavier .032".  Each gutter sections is 20 feet in length.

We recommends this bracket for hanging application where strength and durability are critical.  It is also important to note that this stainless steel hangers works well with all metals. Use with 6" half round aluminum gutter with reverse bead profile.  Recommended hanger spacing is 24 inches on centers.  Hanger fits to half round gutter at front inside lip and then clips to back to half round gutter.  Allows gutter to sit plumb with special hook on back portion of the hanger.  Each hanger includes a #10 Screws with 1/4" hex head for easy install with a cordless drill.  Each box has 100 individual hangers.

The gutter nests inside the fascia bracket and can be secured down by screw or tab.  For screw installation, a black oxide stainless steel machine screw is placed through the front of the fascia bracket and gutter, then anchored on the inside with a flanged nut. For tab installation, a tab is secured to the fascia bracket with a black oxide stainless steel screw and t-nut. The tab is folded over the gutter to secure in place. Made from Chromated Aluminum.

We recommend spacing our fascia brackets every 24″ on center. Fascia brackets can be mounted the fascia board with 2 – 1½” stainless steel hex head screws.

Made from chromated aluminum casting and work well with all half round gutter systems.  We recommend spacing this fascia brackets every 32" on center.  Fascia brackets can be mounted to the fascia board with 3 - 1½" stainless steel hex head screws.  This bracket comes with a screw for securing to front of gutter.  An optional Tab is available upon request for securing front portion of bracket to gutter. Chromated to prevent corrosion and help paint adhere without a primer coat.

The popular Antique Open Curl hangers is made from chromated aluminum casting and works well with all half round gutter systems.  We recommend spacing this fascia brackets every 32" on center.  Fascia brackets can be mounted to the fascia board with 3 - 1½" stainless steel hex head screws.  This bracket comes with a black oxide stainless steel screw for securing to front of gutter.  An optional Tab is available for doing the tab type installation.  Installation Recommendations > See Detail Description.
