Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of goods and we will refund the purchase price, less our shipping & handling costs, plus a 25% restocking fee. You must email gutterhelp@gmail.com and receive an RMA# prior to return shipment. You must accompany the shipment with a copy of your receipt and the issued RMA#. Refunds will not be made on returned merchandise received without an issued RMA#. A credit card refund, in house credit, or check will be issued within 15 days after the return is received.
You will be responsible for payment of the return shipping & handling charges. For your protection, we recommend you use UPS or FedEx for shipment of returns. We will not be responsible for non-delivery or damage during return shipping. The merchandise must be in re-saleable condition and properly packaged in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition. It will be the responsibility of the customer to initiate any claims with UPS or other carriers if items damaged in the return shipment. Certain items including Gutters, Gutter Kits, Downspouts, Leader Heads, Chimney Caps, Gutter Coil and special order commercial gutter items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gutter Machines and brakes are non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
